After embroidery is complete, our Quality Check team steps in.We start with a detailed quality inspection, checking for any loose threads, stitch errors, or misalignments. Our team ensures that every detail matches the approved design perfectly.

Any excess threads are carefully trimmed, and the fabric is cleaned to remove any lint, dust, or hoop marks from the embroidery process. This gives the product a crisp, neat appearance.

If the product requires additional stitching like hems, borders, or final assembly—we handle that with precision to maintain a seamless finish.

The product is then pressed or steamed to smooth out any wrinkles, enhancing the overall look. Finally, we pack it securely to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition.
