Yes, ₹75 is charged for orders below ₹1000. Shipping is free for embroidered product orders above ₹1000.
No, we currently do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid to process production and dispatch. YES. We offer COD option but only for pre-made/in-house designs. There’s No COD on Customised/Personalised orders.
Pre-made products are usually shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Personalized orders take 5–10 working days, depending on design complexity and project requirements.
Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or defective on arrival.
Products with in-house designs can be cancelled within 48 hrs. of receiving the same. Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Yes! We specialize in bulk gifting, event merchandise, and branded custom embroidery. Contact us for bulk pricing and lead times.
